Yoga classes include movement to build strength, help with pain management, and release tension and trauma. Classes are appropriate for most levels of physical fitness, from beginner to intermediate level yoga practitioners. Modifications are offered for physical limitations and injuries.
Private sessions available upon request for individuals or groups.
The breath gives a hint of where we are physically, emotionally, and mentally. By changing breath patterns, we are able to calm our nervous system, reduce pain and increase our energy.
Connection to breath is utilized in each yoga class. A more in-depth breathwork focus is available through workshops and private coaching, either in-person or online.
Yoga is more than just a physical practice. It is a way of life which promotes mindfulness, self-awareness, and peace. Through meditating on that which is true, we are able to be who we were created to be - full of purpose, grace and love.
Every yoga class includes a short meditation. Coaching sessions and workshops will include extended meditations
