Breathwork

Yoga classes incorporate movement to build strength, assist with pain management, and release tension and trauma. Our classes cater to a variety of physical fitness levels, from beginner to intermediate level yoga practitioners. We also offer modifications for those with physical limitations and injuries. 


Private sessions are available for 

one-on-one sessions or groups, in-person or virtually.

Breathwork

The breath offers insight into our physical, emotional, and mental states. By altering our breath patterns, we can calm our nervous system, alleviate pain, and boost our energy. Connection to breath is a fundamental aspect of all yoga classes. 


 For those seeking a deeper experience, workshops and private sessions provide an excellent opportunity.

 Yoga is more than movement—it’s a way of living that nurtures mindfulness, inner peace, and presence. Through meditation, we learn to center ourselves on what truly matters, helping us step into who we were created to be: purposeful, graceful, and deeply loved. 


Every yoga class features a short meditation; extended meditations are offered during workshops or coaching.
