Yoga classes incorporate movement to build strength, assist with pain management, and release tension and trauma. Our classes cater to a variety of physical fitness levels, from beginner to intermediate level yoga practitioners. We also offer modifications for those with physical limitations and injuries.
Private sessions are available for
one-on-one sessions or groups, in-person or virtually.
The breath offers insight into our physical, emotional, and mental states. By altering our breath patterns, we can calm our nervous system, alleviate pain, and boost our energy. Connection to breath is a fundamental aspect of all yoga classes.
